Chef Adam Pearson
Since the age of three, when he successfully cooked his first egg without breaking the yolk, Adam has been passionate about food. He is a graduate of a culinary arts program and has a degree in hospitality management. He has over 17 years of fine dining foodservice experience, including owning his own contract catering company, and, since 1999, managing Taher-operated B&I (business and industry) units.
Adam is currently the General Manager of Taher’s food service operations at the State of Minnesota Capitol Complex where he works to merge financial responsibilities with the delivery of a high-quality product and fine dining experience to his customers.
