Bronze Medalist Chef Irene Pawlisch is coming to Beaver Dam High School!

Irene Pawlisch, regional chef for Taher, Inc., was awarded a bronze medal in the Mad City American Culinary Salon challenge, held in Madison, WI on March 25, 2017. Chef Irene competed with the best chefs in the Midwest and won the award from the ACF (American Culinary Federation) with her cold pastry entry. Judging is done by industry experts who travel around the country tasting food at the various competitions.

Chef Irene will be featuring “Flavors of the World” at Beaver Dam High School starting on Thursday, April 6th.  Each Thursday during April, she will prepare entrees on display from different countries.  Students and staff will enjoy this culinary experience without needing a passport!

Thursday, April 20 – A Taste of India, Roti Wraps
