Paul Booth

Paul has over 25 years of experience in the culinary field. In 2006, he was chosen as Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation (ACF)/Minneapolis Chefs Chapter. Paul also is a Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) through the ACF. He continues to share his love for cooking and his creative talent as the executive chef for Taher at Benilde-St. Margaret's School and Hill Murray School.

A native of Minnesota, Paul spent the majority of his culinary career in major hotel chains. As a personal chef at the St. Helena Church, he had the pleasure of cooking at the Archdiocese for the Archbishop. In addition, in February 2003, Paul was awarded the American Culinary Federation's bronze medal during the UMHS Seafood Cook-off.
