Payments

Skyward is the computerized prepayment system for school meals in our district. Students use a 4 digit lunch ID number in the lunch line.  Money must be in the account in order to use it to purchase lunch, extra milk or a la carte items. There is no maximum amount that you can pre-pay.  At the Middle and High School, students have the option of using their lunch account, or paying cash for their purchases.

Family Accounts are established for all families in the Northern Ozaukee School District.  Students from each family draw off of this one family account.  Because of this, it is not necessary for families to write individual checks for each student in the family.  Money for this lunch account can be deposited at any of the Northern Ozaukee Schools.

Please plan ahead to insure your family account has sufficient funds to keep a positive balance.  Charges cannot be processed if your account falls below zero until a payment is made.

  

Payments will only be accepted in a sealed envelope. Please indicate on the outside of the envelope the student name, school, and lunch ID number.  It is recommended that checks or money orders be used rather than currency and coin. Make checks payable to Northern Ozaukee School District.  HS/MS students deposit payment envelopes in a secure drop box outside the cafeteria entrance.  Payments sent with Elementary students are collected in the classroom.  Deposits made before 9:30 am will be available for lunch that day.  After making their selections in the lunch line, the students will enter their four digit pin number at the computer terminal and the operator will enter the items purchased into the system.

Ala Carte Snack Items are not included with lunch and students who purchase them on account are charged full price regardless of whether they receive free or reduced price meals.  Parents should discuss purchasing guidelines with their children in advance to prevent unwelcome charges to their account.

Online Payments  Northern Ozaukee School District has partnered with Efunds for Schools to allow Electronic Payments by Credit Card, Debit Card, or directly from your Savings or Checking Account,  into your family account via their secure web site.  By clicking on the "Make a Payment Online" button, you can easily sign up for this service by registering at any time.  Just think! no more checks to write, or worrying about it getting lost on the way to school. There is a fee for this service with options for pay per use, or to enroll for in unlimited use for a monthly fee.  Using On Line Payments is offered as an option to those interested but is strictly voluntary.  When you sign up, you will enter your Family ID (which is your phone number with area code) and Pin Number, (which is your 4 digit lunch pin number).
