Pewaukee Public Schools Food Service
It has been proven that students need good nutrition to feed their minds and bodies, which enables them to learn while in school. Our goal is to provide high quality, safe, and healthy meals to every Pewaukee student while providing the best customer service possible.

Payments

Skyward is the computerized prepayment system for school meals in our district. Student are issued a 4 digit pin number that is used to purchase lunches from a family account.  The system works the same way a checking account, so money must be in the account in order to purchase lunch, extra milk or a la carte. Payments can be sent with any child, and will be credited each day.

Online Payments!

We have added for your convenience the ability to make On-Line payments into your lunch account.  Clicking the "Make a Payment Online" button above will take you to the On-line payment page for the District.  This page lists the terms with which this service may be used.  If you agree to those terms you may use the link at the bottom of that page to go to the payment site.

Students will receive an automated phone message when their account becomes negative. Elementary Students who do not have money in their account will be served a peanut butter sandwich and milk until a payment is received.  Secondary students can not eat a hot lunch without a positive balance.  Click on the Check Account Balance button above to use Skyward's Family Access, to check your account balance and recent payments and purchases.  If you haven't signed up for this service yet, please visit the Pewaukee School District Website's Resources, and Family Access Information.

A la carte snack items or extra milk are not included with lunch and students who purchase them on account are charged full price regardless of whether they receive free or reduced price meals. Parents should discuss purchasing guidelines with their children in advance to prevent unwelcome charges to their account.

Payments by check or cash are accepted in an envelope with the students 4 digit pin number and name written on the outside. Elementary school payments are collected in the classroom, Middle school payments at the office, and a locked drop box is available for High School students in the cafeteria.

Any money remaining at the end of the school year will be transferred with the student to the next grade, or left for other students in the family.  Any refunds of $5.00 or more for students leaving the district can be made by contacting Sue Machesky, at the district office 262-691-2100 ext. 6036.
