If you will be participating in the Free or Reduced Priced lunch or
breakfast program, a new application must be filled out yearly (one
application per student). We strongly encourage that all
families who feel they may have a need, fill out an
application. For confidentiality reasons, only the Food
Service Director and her assistant confirm and approve your
financial eligibility. To apply for free or reduced price meals or milk, use this Free and Reduced Price
School Meals Application,
which can be printed using acrobat reader. We cannot approve an
application that is not complete, so be sure to fill out all
required information. Return the completed application to your

meals or for reduced price meals; Reduced price is $.40 for

identified as being approved for subsidized meals when receiving
their lunch.
