Taher Awarded Mitchell’s Food Service Contract

We are pleased to announce that TAHER, INC. has been selected as Mitchell’s new food service vendor. Taher-the 21st largest food service company in the nation (Food Management Magazine) and the largest private company in the country serving public and private school communities-assumes ownership on July 1.

With over 25 years of experience, Taher promises seamless integration of their services and a responsive, thorough, environmentally responsible, and dollar-conscious partnership. They’re known for nutritious meals cooked from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients and an ever-expanding menu of new recipes and flavors from around the world.

Taher will also provide complete vending services. From comfort food to healthy, low-fat options, including salads, hot and cold pastas, and sandwiches, Taher vending machines will carry a full line of hot and cold entrees, freshly prepared and restocked daily.

In addition, Taher will work closely with each event planner, offering a wide range of catering services and menu options. They also welcome your own ideas and special requests.

The cafeteria will close temporarily for remodeling from July 1-11, reopening under Taher management on Monday, July 12. During the remodel, new vending machine services will be available. We appreciate your patience during the transition. Stay tuned for more information about the coming menu and grand opening.
