HEALTH AND SAFETY IN FOOD SERVICE

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. As the Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we train our staff and adjust policies and best practices to ensure uninterrupted service and the safety of everyone we serve. Some of the ways we’re responding to COVID-19 include:

FREQUENT CLEANING AND SANITATION

  • Increasing sanitation schedules provide additional regular cleaning and deep cleaning
  • Strictly following personal hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Providing employees with proper personal protection equipment

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Setting up our locations to adhere to social distancing guidelines
  • Limiting visitors and guests at all locations
  • Strict vendor protocols including social distancing and illness screening upon arrival

EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND MONITORING

  • Training our teams on the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe COVID-19 Standards
  • Providing additional training both on-demand and in-person conducted by certified instructors
  • Continuously monitoring the health of our employees and screening
  • Rotating employee shifts to minimize risk and ensure uninterrupted service

CLIENT SERVICE

  • Working with you to ensure we are meeting your business or school’s needs for food service and environmental safety
  • Working jointly to enforce both your protocols and Taher’s protocols for service and sanitation to meet or exceed the CDC’s guidelines
