The first two questions are debatable. The third shouldn’t be.
Taher will make it easy for your students to choose their cafeteria as the place they want to eat every day. They’ll look forward to meals cooked from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients. TAHER BRANDED CLASSICS STATION
This station offers traditional American entrées, and more specifically, comfort foods specialties. Sauces and gravies will be provided as needed. This station will also feature fresh daily selections influenced by our Chef Council Team and their tour and research of International markets over the past 10 years.
CHEF ON DISPLAY STATION
Influenced by our Chef Council Team and their tour and research of the International Markets in the past 10+ years, this station will prepare free selections several times per week while the guests are watching and interacting with the chef.
FRESHWICH™ DELI & WRAP STATION
This station is a hybrid of the Italian and French sandwich shops with multiple selections of baguettes, 9-grain breads, and wraps offering a wide variety of deli meats, such as prosciutto ham, salami, bologna, multiple artisan cheeses and our own local flavors and combinations of clubs, meatballs and egg salad, priced below market prices.
HOT SANDWICH & PANINI GRILL STATION
This station presents fresh (not frozen) burgers, chicken, fish, and other popular items, grilled or Panini-style.
French fries or side salad can be added as a combo meal.
FULL BREAKFAST SERVICE
A full breakfast menu offered daily, including traditional items, as well as a few unique ones, for customers to try. Options will be available for those preferring vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.
SOUP & FRESH CHOICES SALAD BAR
This station creates a cornucopia of local, national and even imported greens, herbs, vegetables, fresh legumes, pickles, dried fruits, nuts, fresh fruits, complimented with an upscale assortment of salad dressings.
TAHER’S SIGNATURE PIZZA STATION
Our pizza always starts with a specially formulated crust, made from scratch. After smothering it with our zesty, old-world recipe pizza sauce and fresh mozzarella, we finish it off with a variety of toppings.
JAVA STATION – COFFEE KIOSK
Taher will transform your current EspressoBar into a Taher-operated “Java Station” Coffee Kiosk, complete with all barista offerings, similar to what Starbucks Coffee offers and delivers, and even some convenient Grab-n-Go items.
This station offers fresh sandwiches, salads, soups and even healthy snacks for customers to “Grab-n-Go” from an open-faced Federal Cooler when they have to eat their meal on the go.

When I volunteered this past Saturday to work in the food court for the Allegiance Health Step by Step Community Wellness Kick-off I received so many positive comments about the healthy food that was served. Many of the adults asked for recipes. You did JPS proud!!!
