Alaska Eatery is now open in St. Louis Park in the former Shelly’s Woodroast off Interstate 394 just east of Louisiana Avenue. Owner Bruce Taher, who also runs Wayzata Eatery in Wayzata, is basing his menu on seafood found in Alaskan waters, such as salmon, skate wing, halibut and crab.
