A Word From Bruce

As we prepare to say goodbye to 2014, we are reminded of the many successes that we have enjoyed this past year, being blessed to be an American, living in a country that allows us to be free, having a family of dedicated and passionate food service professionals who serve over 80,000,000 meals every year, one at a time, to children and adults who trust us with their daily nourishment selections.

It was also a year that produced a 97% client retention rate with some 60 clients who formally sought multiple proposals from other professional companies.  In addition to retaining our valued customers, we were able to attract a dozen new clients to provide additional challenges for our team and allow us to expand our footprint in Arizona and Illinois.

Altogether, it was a successful year, as well as a year totally free from any recalls and accidents or food-borne illnesses, of which we can be very proud of.

As we enter the Holiday Season, let’s be reminded about the spirit of the holidays, to reach out to the ones in need, to give thanks to our Creator and tighten up relationships with our spouses, kids, friends and community.
